2. Overview
This website offers the domain feod.eu for sale. No analytics or tracking tools, no advertising and no social media plugins are used. Personal data is only processed in the cases described below.
3. Hosting
The website runs on a dedicated server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The server is located in a data centre within the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the reliable provision of the website.
4. Server log files
Each time the website is accessed, the web server automatically stores the following data in log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- requested address (URL) and HTTP status code
- amount of data transferred
- referrer URL (the previously visited page, if transmitted)
- browser and operating system (user agent)
This data is used for technical operation, error analysis and defence against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The log files are rotated weekly and deleted automatically after six weeks at the latest. The data is not combined with other data sources.
5. Contact form
If you use the contact form, the data you enter is processed: name, email address and message, and optionally company and offer amount. The information is sent by email to a mailbox on a self-operated server; it is not stored in the website’s database.
The purpose is to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, to negotiate the sale of the domain. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give before submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; an email to post@cmails.de is sufficient (Art. 7(3) GDPR). The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with or you withdraw your consent. If a sale is concluded, statutory retention periods apply.
6. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies.
7. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on the server. No connection to servers of Google or other third parties is established when the website is accessed.

You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to it at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). An email to post@cmails.de is sufficient for all requests.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for the controller is: Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.
